Local can direct network MAC ADDRESS, but remote can't direct

absolutely an expected behaviour, wrote inside class comments too. 
A remote server cannot ping directly a NATted or private IP, You need an authorized applet/3rd part client plugin to send your MAC Address on-line.

I tried in the same server network 
 
CLIENT MAC: not found  
SERVER MAC: not found 
 
my client is Windows XP and my server is CENTOS 5.0
